Reconstruction of 2 bridge cranes with a total load capacity of 6.3 t + 6.3 t and a span of 21.07 m. The total load capacity of 12.6 t applies when using the travers and the tandem mode of both hoists. If the loads are lifted by each hoist separately, the load capacity of the crane is 4t + 4t. The cranes were manufactured by Nopo Engineering in 2008 and the current reconstruction included the replacement of the existing Stahl hoists with 2-stage control of lifting speed by hoists with lifting speed controlled by a frequency converter. The new hoists were used again from Stahl (type SHF 5016-40 4/1 L3) and the converters are from Nord (SK-200E series). This demanding reconstruction of each crane was carried out within 3 days. The next day, the crane was released again into a demanding production process.
